IRF9540N P-Channel Power MOSFET
The IRF9540N is a P-channel Power Mosfet with continuous drain current of 19A and Drain to Source voltage of 100V. It has a very low gate threshold voltage from 2V to 4V allowing it to be used directly with micro-controllers like Arduino. It is most used in H-bridge circuits to control speed and direction of motors and also used in high Power LED dimmer circuits.
